Maplestory Quest Edelstein - Town Filled with Sucpicion, Their Identity
at level 30, you can see a Edelstein quest. this one 25LV quest. but i don't see any other under LV 30 quests they should be exist. i don't know where they gone.
anyway you can do the Edestein quest along side with several theme dungeons. i decided to complete edelstein quest first.
i started moving on foot. and arrived at station to the Edelstein.
in order to get on the ride, you have to have 800 mesos. problem is, i hadn't. i had to go and get it. killing number of mushrooms.
finally i got 800 mesos. and aboard the airplane(i guess), and reached at Edelstein.
but you don't need take airplane to get here. you can just use 'Guide(U)' function or Dimension mirrior at 'six path crossway'.
but i like old school, so i did that.
Edelstein is a lot of looks as Poland in WW2 Era. actually i think the Developers made thir references from actual ww2 history. and that is why and how made this similarity from WW2 era Poland.
and there is Ferdi, who will gives you the quest very first one in Edelstein.
according to this script, Edelstein people have suspecting to whom came from outside of Edelstein. because blackwing's watcher is everywhere, and the outsider might be the one of them as they thought.
if you wnat to learn further more detail, you need to progress more Quest about Edelstein but for now find Bavan who is right side of the town.
just go to right side. go go go!
and as you can see, he is the Bavan. not everyone who fat is bad guys, but many of people who fat is bad guys. because they are not working out, only they do is controlling other people to do works what they have to do. and look at him grabbing bunch of korean snack. that one is called PPePPero bytheway. the thing is why that exactly in there at where clearly looks like WW2 era Poland. PPePPero is not invented at that age.
anyway, let's talk to him.
what he saying is if you want to stay at Edelstein, you have to pay 300 million mesos, othetwise you can collect 40 Streetlight bulbs, instead of paying 300 million mesos. how generous does he. honestly i want kill him. but the governer of this place nowdays is them, so the options are limited and that is do as they ask. so let's go to collect streetlight bulbs at 'Streetlight row'. you can go there to right side of portal in this town.
kill and destroy them untill you get 40 Streetlight bulbs. and then you can back to the town, either way you can choice, to walk away or use your return scroll, or you can also use Guide by press 'U' and search where the place able to go, at bottom line. and of course you have to go to edelstein to finish your quest.
thus he had had what he want. what he told about 300 million mesos is purely means to frightening innocent people like you, it seems. and there, he looks happy for it.
once you finished the quest, let's get back to Ferdi.
here by the suspecting the people of this town have on you is lifted as Ferdi said. the people of the town couldn't trusted you because you could be the same one as blackwings. so they were become defensive.
but since blackwing watcher required you who outsider's labor to fulfiled what they wants, is the proof that you are not one of them, and people all saw you are used by them. that is why the people of the town took off their suspicions from you.
if you dig deep more in this town and through Resistance Class, there should be more out of it. you will see how they so cruel and how they inhumans, as much as Nazis.
