and about permenant outfit coupon, official news below mentioning tha Hidden mission is require become 'Master Designer Rank' in 'Party Planner' Dialog in order to start the Hidden Mission that reward Permanent Outfit. as soon as the user reached master desinger rank in the nautilus event, they can start the 'Hidden Mission' by click Misc conversation 'Talk to NPC(Spiegelmann, Kyrin)' from the npc that you have selected in '[Night Troupe]Get Your Tickets Here!' Dialog.

that will devour your lot of times to farming nautilus coins for daily, which you can obtain 300 conins limited everyday. until October 31st at 11:59 PM UTC.

bit of event guide that i wrote is in below. and i haven't reached master rank, so i can't show the details that how the permanent outfit will obtained, though i will update as soon as i become master rank. the thing is the event period is left less than one week. so i am not so sure whether i can make it.
